How We Prep Your Home:

Carefully move furniture, if necessary.
Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths and/or plastic. We are extremely careful not to drip paint.
Remove electrical plates from walls
Patch, Sand and Prepare walls and ceilings as needed to repair cracks, scratches and blemishes
Skillfully apply putty and caulk to the trim work where needed. We’ll remove any old caulk as needed and re-caulk.
Tape off areas to be painted.
Return all furniture back to it’s original position when the project is complete.
Thoroughly clean up after ourselves each day

How We Prep Your Home:

Pressure wash all areas to be painted to ensure a solid foundation for the new coats of paint
Scrape any loose paint not removed from the pressure washing
Apply a coat of primer paint to any bare wood or metal to make sure the outer coat of paint lasts
Caulk joints of wood, siding, windows and doors to create a strong, protective seal
Complete any carpentry repairs included in the contract to provide a long-lasting result
Use the highest-quality longest-lasting premium paints to extend the life of your paint job and provide a 5 Year Warranty on our work
Thoroughly clean up after ourselves each day

Starting off as a small, 2 person operation, we now employ several professional painters, and work with many local builders and real estate companies.
